Ok, we all like pizza….right? Well, except one of my nephews! This is a twist on how I make my pizza that is really good and tasty. It really isn’t a pizza, but I had no other name to use for it.
This pizza can be made on a French bread loaf, Italian bread loaf, Cuban bread, garlic loaf or whatever strikes your fancy. Whatever kind you choose will be perfect. You can also add some other veggies to it if you want. I really like the tomatoes and zucchini, but have been known to add some onion.
If you are busy, like I am, and try to prepare a few food items on the weekend to eat throughout the week then this mixture can be added to the list. I sometimes wait until I am actually ready to make the pizza to add the zucchini. Either way is fine
